A Mexican Datingmoon

This Vanity Fair July 2013 editorial is the perfect sendoff post as I head to Mexico today!

I'm going on what I like to call a datingmoon. A datingmoon is different than a honeymoon because people who take datingmoons aren't married. A datingmoon is also different than a babymoon because people who take datingmoons aren't married or expecting a baby. So, datingmoons are for couples who are dating that just want an excuse to go on a fun vacation together!

Raring To Go

I, like most of you, have to get through today before the long holiday weekend begins. The 4th of July is possibly my favorite holiday so tomorrow can't come soon enough! I'll be spending the long weekend bouncing between Laguna, Newport, and Del Mar. What are your holiday plans?

Where is my mind? Right now it is day dreaming of tomorrow. Why?

Because I'm taking flight to Georgia to be reunited with my sister and then later on my family for the holiday weekend.

I can't wait for 24 hours with my sister of beaching, hitting the spa, and eating yummy southern food.
