Spotlight On Mary Kate Steinmiller

Job: Teen Vogue Fashion Market Editor

After working as an intern for three years at Teen Vogue, Steinmiller was finally hired as the magazine's fashion market editor. WOW! This hard-worker sure did pay her dues and she is proud of it. Although she loves her job and her busy days (she exclaims that she is "unconditionally devoted" to the magazine's success), she has higher aspirations; she covets the Teen Vogue editor-in-chief position. Watch out Amy Astley because so far, it seems nothing can stop this big dreamer!

I am such a fan of her feminine style. Steinmiller always looks so tasteful and chic as she incorporates color, prints, and diverse fabrics into her go-to-look of a dress or a skirt paired with a basic tee or a crewneck cashmere sweater.

Her personal style in her own words: "I'm quite girly and feminine, but with a twist. Something I've learned working at Teen Vogue is to always add an unexpected element to your wardrobe. For me, it's layering clothing and adding pops of neon or quirlky accessories."

Could this girl get any cooler? Yup. She also has a line of handmade bracelets that are sold at Henri Bendel in New York City and at Fred Segal in Los Angeles. I don't know about you but I am thinking these are my new favorite friendship bracelets.
