WWLD- What Would Lagerfeld Do?

He would stage his 2012 Cruise Collection runway show at the Palace of Versailles. The presentation exuded Marie Antoinette but the 18th century feel was modernized with cut-outs, mini-skirted ball gowns, and rubber platform kicks.

Vogue Paris' interpretation of the show: "Karl Lagerfeld takes Marie-Antoinette to a garden rave party for the Chanel cruise collection."

Backstage Pass: Valentino
