Holiday Greeting Cards

If you know me then you know that I'm addicted to buying greeting cards. I have boxes of them organized by occasion in my desk. This holiday season, I'm loving all the glittery rhymes I've seen gracing festive holiday cards. In Los Angeles, I love to pop into Sugar Paper in Brentwood, Urbanic Paper Boutique in Venice, Limonaia in Santa Monica, and Gum Tree in Hermosa Beach to pick up new cards. Happy Thanksgiving

Happy Thanksgiving everyone! My day consists of a family hike, lots of board games and backgammon, a couple hours in the kitchen, and too much eating. I have so much to be thankful for this year it is hard to know where to begin. I hope everyone feels a similar sentiment this Thanksgiving.

I'm also stirring up this Glitter Guide recommended pumpkin pie sparkling sgroppino cocktail. It sure sounds yummy!

A Fall Dinner Party

One of my favorite parts about decorating for Halloween in October is that many of the decorations can last into November and serve as Thanksgiving decorations as well. At my house, the theme of the tabletop decorations takes on more of a fall theme than a specific Halloween or Thanksgiving theme. So, I loved the decor for this Halloween bash because I don't find it Halloween specific at all. In my opinion, this could be the decor of any dinner party in the fall.

Raring To Go

I, like most of you, have to get through today before the long holiday weekend begins. The 4th of July is possibly my favorite holiday so tomorrow can't come soon enough! I'll be spending the long weekend bouncing between Laguna, Newport, and Del Mar. What are your holiday plans?

Rush To The Finish Line

With Friday just around the corner and one more full week until everyone gets a break for the holidays, it can be easy to wish the days away.
