Wedding Bells

My life always seems to be crazy in the summer and this year is no exception. The long 4th of July weekend was amazing. I spent it up and down the coast of Southern California with family and friends. I've hardly had any time at home this week before I jet off to Colorado today for my best friend's wedding. I'm scrambling to pack last minute things to get ready for what I know will be one of the best weekends ever. 

To get me in the wedding spirit (not hard to do!), I've been musing over the images from this beautiful wedding on the Amalfi Coast. The bride's dress and jewels are drop dead gorgeous and WOW what a cake! The floral details on the bride's dress and veil are so intricately stunning that I'm saving pictures of both for inspiration. I'm off to the airport... Cheers loves!

Raring To Go

I, like most of you, have to get through today before the long holiday weekend begins. The 4th of July is possibly my favorite holiday so tomorrow can't come soon enough! I'll be spending the long weekend bouncing between Laguna, Newport, and Del Mar. What are your holiday plans?

Diane Kruger: Black & White Muse

I'm about to switch my color scheme over to red, white, and blue but before I do I'm getting major outfit inspiration today from my main girl crush, Diane Kruger. Black and white is so big this summer and is only going to gain momentum as summer turns into fall in a few short months. I can't deny that I'm a huge fan of the crop top craze as well. Lingerie Lady: Free People Intimates Summer 2013

This past weekend I flew to Boulder, CO to surprise my friend at her wedding shower. It was such a fun weekend full of friends and champagne that I never wanted it to end. Luckily, I'll be back in Colorado in 9 days for the wedding!

The bride-to-be was gifted lots of beautiful lingerie including a beautiful white, sheer, beaded nightgown and cape for her wedding night. When I got home yesterday I was inspired to spruce up my intimates drawer with a new piece or two of my own.
